remained stable despite little trading activity and few offers and bids. When asked about the lack
of trading discussions, one source stated that the market was "so quiet
today." July EPC ethylene remained
steady at 24.75 Cents/lb FD Mont Belvieu, and was up despite a low bid. August EPC ethylene remained flat on the day at 24.5
cents/lb FD Mont Belvieu, after August ethylene offers were accepted. Choctaw EPC ethylene was also flat as August and July were
both unchanged. July Choctaw ethylene
remained unchanged at 24.25c/lb FD Choctaw, whereas August Choctaw ethylene
remained static at 24.375c/lb FD Choctaw. Spot
export ethylene from the US Gulf Coast was also flat at 29.5c/lb, or $650.357-670.500/mt
