Glacial acrylic acid ex-works North and East China down Yuan 50/mt day over day and down Yuan 150/mt week over week at Yuan 6,750/mt Aug. 5. Market sources said prices have continued to soften through the week. "Soft and quiet [outlook for now]," a producer in Asia said. The trend is not likely to change much, a Chinese producer also added.
