Asian recycled low-density polyethylene prices rose in the week to July 29 amid higher recycled HDPE prices. Asian recycled LDPE natural film up $30/ metric ton week over week at $825/mt on July 29. Recyclers said order inquiry volumes increased throughout the week, but deal volumes remained stable. Recyclers said buyers remained cautious about purchasing despite a rise in virgin LDPE costs. A recycler in Singapore said buyers still expect prices to fall later, as Brent prices continued to decline throughout the week of July 29. In the virgin LDPE market, LDPE G-P CFR Southeast Asia Weekly up $50/mt week over week at $1,400/mt on July 29.
