Producers noted that trades were few during the week, while offer levels were steady week over week amid upstream volatility. “There are currently no quotes available. We were originally planning to increase our offers this week since crude rose sharply, but oil prices have plummeted again over the weekend,” a Northeast Asia-based trade source said. “Customers are hesitating to buy now, as they are afraid prices will drop quickly,” a Southeast Asia-based trade source said.
