the Asian propylene market declined on February 24th. The propylene imports
market was not supported by higher crude oil prices. The April ICE Brent crude oil futures contract fell $2.2/b
to $81.09/b at 4:30pm Singapore time. According
to a Chinese end-user, sellers are trying to sell their spot cargoes at lower
prices. "Traders are selling the
goods at a very low price because they can't keep the goods," said the
end-user. The end-user stated that import
