Asian paraxylene rose $18-23/mt to
$1.143.2.500/mt CFRUnv1/China on July 28 and to $1.123-2.500/mt FBO Korea on July 28,
in keeping with the uptrends in both the energy complex and feedstock naphtha. C+F Japan naphtha gained
$21.625-27.500/mt, while September ICE Brent crude oil futures rose 2.33/barrel to
$107.89/b by 0830 GMT Asia. According to
industry sources, August Asian Paraxylene Producers have submitted their August
Asian Contract Price Nominations. They received offers ranging from $1,180-1,230/mt
up to $1,260-1,300/mt CFR Asia. ExxonMobil and
S-Oil have nominated their August ACP for $1,230-1,260/mt. CFR Asia. ENEOS Corp. has
nominated the August ACP for $1,240-1,270/mt. CFR Asia. SK Geocentric's August ACP was nominated at $1180-1230/mt. CFR
Asia. Reliance Industries was nominated at $1260-1300/mt. CFR Asia....
