methanol prices ended the week on a bullish note. Most regions were up $9/mt
week-on-week, mainly due to gains in the Southeast Asian market. In
February, Indonesia saw a rise in buying activity for delivery to Gresik,
Batam, and Dumai. CFR China, CFR Southeast Asia and CFR Taiwan increased
$9/mt week-on-week at $321/mt. CFR China, CFR Korea, CFR Korea, and CFR Taiwan
rose $9/mt each at $390/mt. $371/mt. and $369/mt respectively, Jan. China
re-export cargoes could be heard being offered at $400-$410/mt CFR Southeast
Asia, CFR Korea and CFR Taiwan, respectively. Middle East-origin cargoes were
