LPG prices in Asia extended their gains on
Nov. 9, and reached a five-day peak despite a 19.68/mt drop in January ICE
Brent crude oil futures contracts from the previous Asian close. Front-cycle first-half
December COR North Asian propane rose $11 mt to $689/mt Nov. 9, its highest
level since $709/mt November 2. The
premium H1 December CFR North Asian propane to December contract price Swaps
was $72/mt Nov. 9. This is an increase of $10/mt. H1 December-delivery Butane was available at $7/mt Nov. 9 as
a discount, compared to $12/mt the previous session. There were three bids and three offers in the physical
market on Nov. 9, with only one trade. SwissChem
Gas accepted PetroChina's 23,000 mt propane delivery...
