Asian glycol markets closed the week ended July 24 on a bullish note across all three products. monoethylene glycol CFR China up $8/mt day over day and $22/mt week over week at $630/mt on July 24, within discussions at $618-$622/mt, supported by EG2609 futures closing Yuan 89/mt higher at Yuan 4,956/mt. The MEG domestic China ex-tank assessment rose Yuan 133/ mt day over day to Yuan 5,158/mt, with prompt trades at EG2609 plus Yuan 200/mt and second-half August trades at EG2609 plus Yuan 197-198/mt. FOB Middle East August indications were heard at $700/mt. MEG CFR Southeast Asia stable week over week at $670/mt on July 24, with tradable discussions in the midto high $600s/mt for August.
