of the recycled film was not traded due to inconsistencies in mechanical
properties. Most of the recycled manufacturing was bespoke and strictly
tailored to the customer's requirements. Producers
were considering producing biopolymers of naphtha or biodegradable materials as
the next step in recycling, and to avoid the limitations of mechanical
recycling. Some recyclers preferred to
work with post-industrial material over post-consumer because the former had
more stable properties and colors. Some
buyers refused to buy post-industrial waste because it was considered not true
