LPG prices in Asia fell Nov. 3, after a
close to 14-week high. This was in spite of the $2.72/mt increase in January
ICE Brent crude futures. Market participants believe that Panama Canal transit
delays will soon ease. According
to traders, the $24-$29/mt increase in LPG prices on the day before could have
been caused by concerns over Panama Canal transit delays that can take up to
19-20 business days for northbound shipments. One source said this was too
