Asia LPG recovers on more buying interest,
ignoring Brent dip Hartree sells to Glencore H2 May
delivery propane



Asia LPG prices recovered
on April 21 after falling to one-week lows. This was despite the 22-25 cents/mt
drop in June ICE Brent crude oil futures from the previous Asian close. As more
buying interest emerged, LPG prices also rebounded.  Commodity Insights valued front-cycle H2 May, CFR North
Asia propane at $860-870/mt on April 21, up to $8-12/mt. CFR North Asia butane was valued at $7-10/mt higher than
propane. This assessment was unchanged for the day. On April 21, the premium for H2 May delivery Propane was
assessed at $2/mt. This is an increase of $1-2/mt. On April 21, five bids and one offer were made on the
physical market. One trade was heard. Hartree
