Asia LPG prices held steady December 29,
despite the $15.12-20.22/mt drop in February Brent crude futures. Saudi Aramco
also announced January term contract prices of butane, propane and benzene
below the December term CCPs. Front-cycle
CFR North Asia H2 January delivery propane Dec. 29 at $619.5-635.10/mt. This
price was unchanged for the day. The premium for H2 January CFR North
Asia propane to January CP swaps decreased by $11/mt to $29.5/mt Dec. 29,
however. H2 January-delivery propane was valued at $15-20/mt
more than propane on Dec. 29. This is in line with the propane/butane spread
that Saudi Aramco set in the January term CPs. There were
