LPG prices in Asia edged lower on Oct. 18, but not as much as the $4.96-$6.108/mt drop in December ICE Brent crude
futures, which was the result of buyers showing interest. Front-cycle second-half
November CFR North Asia propane Oct. 18, down $2.5/mt, at $591.5/mt. H2 November CFR North Asia propane to October CP swaps
increased by $2-$3/mt, reaching $42-$48/mt Oct. 18. On Oct. 18, the discount for H2 November-delivery propane to
propane was $12-$18/mt, narrowing by $3-$5/mt. There were two bids, but no offers, in the physical market
on Oct. 18. No trade was made. Glencore
offered 23,000 mt propane for H2 November delivery at FEI November minus 4 mt.
