season, Asian linear low-density polyethylene was less valued in the week
ending June 29, while Southeast Asia took the Chinese market's pricing cues. On the
Dalian Commodity Exchange, September 2022 LLDPE futures fell Yuan 11-30/mt to
settle at Yuan 8,478-8,550/mt ex-warehouse. Low crude oil costs and weak demand
have caused PE prices to fall to their lowest level since September 2021. Participants in the market preferred to wait and see if
China's demand stabilizes before buying picks back up. Sources said that China and Vietnam had imported Russian
