Asian benzene prices are up 2 mt since
Sept. 9, at $910-930/mt FOB Korea marker on September 12. FOB Korea's physical
discussion trended downward in the morning trading session at $902-930/mt for
October loading. However, spot prices recovered in the afternoon trading
sessions with the last bid heard at $910-930/mt H2 October loading and $904-930/mt
November loading FOB Korean. The
Mid-Autumn Festival public holiday closed the domestic China markets and CFR
China on September 12. The Naphtha C+F
Japan upstream was valued at $8.5-9.5/mt, ranging from Sept. 9 to $653.5-680.45/mt
on Sept. 12.
