Asian ABS: Prices mixed, CFR China stable and CFR SEA up / Higher CFR SSEA indicators / Delivers a steady WOW in a muted market

The Asian ABS CFR China mark at $1.390/mton on March 19, stable compared to March 12, and below the offers heard at $ 1,400-1,450/mt. This is based on a stable or weakening domestic China market. The price levels were not verified and therefore not taken into consideration for the assessment. The CFR Southeast Asia marker was set at $1.410/mt on March 19, an increase of $10/mt over the previous assessment made on March 12. This is below the offer at $1.470/mt. However, producers and traders heard tradable indications at plus $20-30/mt for the CFR China mark. The market remained subdued, and ABS producers generally maintained their previousweek's offers.
