Ningxia Baofeng Energy starts maintenance at Methanol plants

Ningxia Baofeng Energy has taken off stream its phase I methanol plants in Ningdong. A source in China informed a team member, “The company has halted operations at the plants on August 1, 2025 for maintenance. Further details on the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located at Ningdong, Ningxia, China, the methanol plants have production capacities of 300,000 mt/year and 1.5 million mt/year respectively.
