Hanwha Solutions/Chemical starts maintenance at TDI plant

Hanwha Solutions/Chemical has undertaken a planned shutdown at its Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) plant in Yeosu. A source in South Korea informed a team member, “The company has halted operations at the plant on August 6, 2025 for maintenance. Further details on the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located in Yeosu, South Korea, the plant has a production capacity of 50,000 mt/year.
